RIDING WITH THE OLD BLOKE - THE NEW BLOG

Most people reading this will know that the website is pretty much inoperative these days. The actual website Is old and doesn't work on mobile devices like phones and tablets etc. And even updating it can only be done on one computer I have. (The program it uses is not compatible with Windows 10. Yes, a newer version is available, but that isn't compatible with previous content, and .... it all gets very complicated!). Facebook groups are the way this sort of thing happens these days.

Basically thie website now exists for the benefit of all the stuff that is on here; and it serves as somewhere to put new articles etc, whenever they do come along.

I finished doing a Blog at the end of 2020. Everything that would normally be posted here was then posted on my The Old Bloke Facebook page. But then, at the end of 2021 I had an idea.

What I decided to do, was to do an emailed type Blog. Everyone on the email list will receive an email with a PDF file attached which is basically a new form of this Blog.

Of course, this was always more than just a blog; it was a blog combined with general news, things lf interest, etc. So, a traditional type blog of things that I've been doing that will, hopefully, be of some interest to the reader, but also bits and pieces of newsy things as well. So, all that will now be included in an email. I've called it "Riding With The Old Bloke".

I will upload it to here as well, so it can be accessed from the website.
